Yoga - Yes or No?
I have always had a love-hate relationship with Yoga. I personally don't believe in the "spiritual" side of Yoga, but believe that it helps with isometric strengthening, balance, and flexibility. I know many people who swear by Yoga and go to classes regularly and that is why I was shocked to see this article: How Yoga Can Wreck Your Body.
If you are considering taking up Yoga or currently participate in Yoga, you might want to read that article to better inform yourself of both the risks and benefits of Yoga.
